i must say, my stay at privado hotels was an exercise in disappointment. the double room was cramped, leaving no room to even breathe! with a broken shower and absolutely no cutlery for my tea, i expected at least an apology or an upgrade to actually enjoy my stay, but no such luck. i wanted to like it, but just couldn't.

My experience at Privado Hotels was nothing short of frustrating. The shower was broken for my entire stay, and the reception staff were utterly unhelpful. they could barely assist me with basic inquiries. It was unacceptable that I had to clean the air conditioning filter myself to avoid breathing poor air quality, and the overall lack of basic amenities was infuriating.

during my previous visit to the city, my family and i were impressed by how privado hotels exceeded our expectations. the friendly reception staff arranged an early check-in which was a lifesaver after a long flight. the breakfast had a delightful variety that kept everyone happy each morning.
the air conditioning did not work well.

Early Check-in Win!
Had a cool stay! The reception lady was super nice and let me check in early, which was a lifesaver after traveling. The coffee from the snack bar was a nice touch, too! Only bummer was the room felt a bit cramped for my taste. All in all, a chill experience.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with my spacious, comfy Economy Double Room and the welcoming cleaning staff who kept everything spotless. The jacuzzi offers a lovely chance for relaxation. The sauna is a nice added touch. The breakfast choices could use a bit more variety, but overall, I had a fantastic time and would recommend it to anyone looking for a chill escape! 😊

Had a good time overall, but the noise from the kitchen was a real pain. The shower had heaps of water pressure, which was sweet as!
